As part of the Erasmus Plus mobility teaching program and following the invitation of the director of Cochrane Poland, prof. Malgorzata Bala, Tina Poklepović Peričić and Ana Jerončić spent a week in Krakow where they took lectures about methodology of scientific research to students from the Medical Studies in English at the Faculty of Medicine of the Jagellonian University.

Dr Tina Poklepović Peričić and Professor Dario Sambunjak, in collaboration with Cochrane Oral Health Group, published a new Cochrane systematic review Home use of interdental cleaning devices, in addition to toothbrushing, for preventing and controlling periodontal diseases and dental caries.

From 1 to 5 April, an annual Cochrane Governance meeting was held in Krakow, where all directors of all Cochrane Groups met, and during the five days they negotiated co-operation and planned the future development of Cochrane.

Ana Utrobičić held two workshops on systematic search of literature for librarians.

Director of Cochrane Bosnia and Herzegovina, doc. dr. sc. Filipa Markotić (Center for Clinical Pharmacology), and doc. dr. sc. Svjetlana Grgić (Hospital for Infectious Diseases) from SKB Mostar and School of Medicine, Mostar, attended successful eduction of evidence-based medicine and Cochrane methodology in Copenhagen Trial Unit (CTU), Rigshospitalet, the Copenhagen University Hospital in Denmark, in November 2018.

It is our great pleasure to inform you about the 11th Croatian Cochrane Symposium on Campbell Collaboration - Systematic Reviews in Social Sciences. The symposium will be held on 8 May 2019, at the University of Split, School of Medicine, in collaboration with Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Professor Ana Jerončić of the Croatian Cochrane has released a new Cochrane systematic review on "Fluoride toothpastes of different concentrations for preventing dental caries".
