Dr Tina Poklepović Peričić and Professor Dario Sambunjak, in collaboration with Cochrane Oral Health Group, published a new Cochrane systematic review Home use of interdental cleaning devices, in addition to toothbrushing, for preventing and controlling periodontal diseases and dental caries.

The study analyzed the available evidence on the effectiveness of interdental cleaning agents, which, in addition to brushing teeth, are used daily as part of regular oral hygiene, in the prevention and control of periodontal diseases and dental caries.
